Bridges to Community is a non-profit community development organization. Our challenge is to create a world where basic needs are treated as human rights: shelter, nutrition, education, healthcare, and employment. Bamboomoves and friends are going to Nicaragua with the main focus being building a house for an impoverished family. We are looking for some donations to go towards airfare and other necessities for our trip. The Animal Center of Queens (ACQ)
A private, not-for-profit no-kill facility that receives no corporate or government funding, and exists solely on the low cost community services we provide and the donations that come from animal lovers like you. Reliable volunteers are always needed to walk dogs, clean kennels and care for cats. Morning help is especially needed!

The Songs of Love Foundation is a nonprofit organization that creates free, personalized, original songs to uplift children and teens currently facing tough medical, physical or emotional challenges. Each CD is professionally produced with lyrics containing the child's name and references to all of his or her favorite activities, things, people, and pets. Songs are written and performed in any language in the musical style that the child likes best (pop, R&B, rap, rock, alternative, etc.), by a variety of talented professionals. The songs have often been played to alleviate pain and trauma during painful and scary hospital treatments.
